DayTrix Privacy Policy

What we collect
DayTrix stores the following data to provide the app's core functionality:
- Your reminders, checklists, notes, routines, habits, and mood entries
- Daily briefing settings (delivery time and timezone)
- A Firebase Anonymous Auth identifier, generated automatically at first launch — no name, email, or password is required
- A push notification token, only if you grant notification permission
- Group membership and shared item references, if you use group sharing
What we do not collect
- Your name, email address, phone number, or physical address
- Location data
- Browsing history
How your data is used
All data is used solely to provide and improve the app's features. Data is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for tracking across apps or websites.
Third-party services
- Firebase (Google) — anonymous authentication, Firestore database, and push notifications
- Google Gemini API — server-side processing for the daily briefing summary
Data retention
Your app data (reminders, notes, habits, etc.) is stored in Firebase under an anonymous identifier tied to your installation. If you uninstall the app, you lose access to that identifier and your data becomes inaccessible to you. We do not currently offer a self-service account or data deletion flow. To request deletion of your data, contact us at the email below.
